Billet Requirements for Forging and Rolling
Jain Steels Group manufactures and supplies 20MnCr5 alloy steel billets for forging and rolling requirements. Steel billets are a priority product, with published square sizes of 80 × 80, 100 × 100, 125 × 125 and 160 × 160 mm. Grade, length, conditioning and route availability are confirmed per enquiry.
A billet enquiry should define the downstream route, required square size, cut length, surface or conditioning requirement, inspection plan and traceability. Chemistry and mechanical requirements are not published as generic values because the buyer's applicable standard and purchase specification govern acceptance.
