What Forging Quality Means for an Order
Jain Steels Group supplies round bars for forging units and component manufacturers. ‘Forging quality’ is not treated as a standalone grade: the buyer must define the grade, component, forging route, reduction, heat treatment, inspection and traceability requirements.
For a forging application, steel must be ordered against a controlled technical specification. Surface condition, internal-quality requirements, chemistry, dimensions, identification and test documentation may all be relevant. The agreed purchase specification and inspection plan define acceptance; generic claims do not replace those documents.
